No matter where you are in a company, you are learning. You are learning from your coworkers, your boss, and your underlings. In life, you can't help but learn as you go—that is the nature of life. America's Holding Company is designed to pass this tribal knowledge down through generations by using the system to teach our kids how to use the system, by teaching others that we work with how to use the system. They in turn teach their friends and family how the system works. It becomes a flywheel of learning and training, where everyone benefits from shared wisdom.

Ownership as a Lesson: Creating True Freedom

At its heart, AHC is designed to teach people about ownership, and how important it is to own something if you ever want to create true freedom. This education program is free of charge—we have no paywall, and anyone can access the information. But in order to benefit from what we are building as a group, you must be a sponsor of the show. I believe education should be free, but you should also be given an opportunity to invest in it to get more value out of it. Sponsorship turns learning into action, rewarding commitment with equity and growth.
